Checking the property once a week with a storm check

Package includes:
Weekly, personal inspection of your villa / finca / apartment with a recorded inspection result.
After a storm of warning level orange, we will check your property, including the outdoor area and pool, and send you an email about the condition the day after. If the warning level is green, but in our estimation it is rather orange, we will also check your property and give you feedback.
The review includes:
- Check windows and doors for signs of burglary
- Ventilate the object (all windows and doors are opened)
- Check all water installations and briefly turn on the water at sinks, showers, bathtubs, BDs
- Check power fuses and important electrical connections for their function (pool pump, refrigerator, air conditioning, ventilation ...)
- Check the object in general for vermin such as ants, spiders, etc.
- Garden control (general condition of lawns, hedges, flowers, palm trees ...)
- Creation of minutes and, if necessary, discussion of measures with the owner
- Empty the mailbox
- Water flowers indoors

Interior cleaning 24,50 euro / hour / person
All cleaning work will be charged according to the actual hourly consumption.
External cleaning 27,50 euro / hour / person
All cleaning work will be charged according to the actual hourly consumption.
Window cleaning 27,50 euro / hour / person
All cleaning work will be charged according to the actual hourly consumption. Any necessary scaffolding costs will be charged separately.
Shopping service 27,50 euro / hour / person
Email us your shopping list just before you arrive and we will refill your fridge. Purchasing expenses are calculated separately with the corresponding receipt.
Special service 27,50 euro / hour / person
There is always work that requires on-site presence. Delivery of furniture, checking of craftsmen's services, unlocking and locking the house, etc. We can provide these services for you in your absence.

Vehicle Costs
Work outside Sa Rápits will be charged with 15€ car- & fuel flat rate. The fee is waived for travels within Sa Rápitas.

Garden & craftsman service
We would be happy to coordinate all necessary or desired work on your property for you. We are in contact with experienced gardeners, pool companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, lighting designers, TV & hi-fi professionals, etc. We would be happy to make an individual offer for you.

All services can also be requested individually.
All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT / IVA.
Prices are for properties in localities that can be seen on the map.
Travel costs are included in the prices.
Prices are valid for properties with a maximum living area of ​​300 square meters. Larger objects on request.
